Caretaking of Empty Properties |

Owning a vacation home or a 2nd home in Dubai is great… that is, until something goes wrong with you not about. For owners who prefer to keep their Dubai property vacant and available for their use at any time, we have developed a Care-taking Program. This program is also ideal for owners who have listed their property for sale and want to keep it in tip-top showing condition.
Here's how it works...
Properties in our Care-taking Program are assigned to a Property Manager who conducts on-site inspections at agreed-upon intervals and prepares a written report, which is kept in your property file.
Your Property Manager according to your instructions handles any problems that come up.
We work with a carefully chosen group of service providers who are dependable and well qualified.
We check all service work that is done at your property and make sure it's done well. In addition, we pay monthly utility, pest control, house cleaning, gardening and similar bills on your behalf, unless you prefer to do so yourself (subject to funds being on account). A full statement of account will be forwarded every 3 months by email or fax.
When you plan to visit Dubai we can arrange to have your home cleaned and ready for your arrival. Two weeks' advance notice is required.
Our Care-taking Program, it's simple, it's straightforward and it gives our owners peace of mind.
Empty Property Care-taking Service
As an extension of our property management service Arabian Vacation Homes offers a care-taking service for properties either waiting to be tenanted, between tenancies, or pending the landlords return after a tenancy has expired. Our care-taking service provides for a weekly visit to the property to inspect the exterior and interior against problems such as burglars, damaged or burst pipes, leaks, clearing junk mail etc.
Meet and Greet Service
We also offer a service to meet independent travellers or your guests at the airport to hand over your keys and either take them or ensure they are taken to your property. In addition, they will be provided with a contact telephone number in case they require guidance, help or assistance.
Cleaning and Bedding services
Cleaning services are required as part of the short term letting agreement; we also offer this service on an ad hoc basis when required.
General Cleaning during occupancy or between visits.
Deep Clean - Complete cleaning of apartment, cleaning of all kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings, inside of cupboards, cleaning of all painted surfaces, cleaning of windows internally.
Key Holding Service
We will hold the keys of your property and upon request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen. This is normally for owners who do not regularly rent out their property or want any other kind of service. We can also arrange for one of our team to be at the property to meet visitors or tradesmen at an extra cost.
24 Hr Emergency Key Call Out Service
Hand over to guests a spare key until, for security reasons, new locks can be fitted if required by owners. The cost of the replacement lock and labour is not included in the call out charge.
Call Out Service
This service can be used to liaise with tradesmen and receive deliveries, gain access to the property to carryout maintenance and repairs or an emergency. We make a charge per visit, which includes waiting for up to 1 hour, anything after that will be charged extra per hour.
