How to book your holiday rental 
Most of our holiday homes can be reserved online, should you have any questions or need any help in booking your holiday home please contact us by telephone or email. 
 
1. From the property details page, select the ‘Book now’ button. 
 
2. From the Availability and booking page, select from the drop-down menu the month that you wish to travel in. 
 
3. Select (tick box/s) either the night/s or week/s that you wish to book and then select the button at the bottom ‘Go to booking form’ 
 
4. On the ‘Your booking’ page, review the details of your booking request and then select the ‘Continue’ button 
 
5. Read the Terms & Conditions and confirm your agreement by selecting the button ‘I agree to the Terms & Conditions’ 
 
6. Complete all of the sections in the Booking form and finally select the ‘Submit’ button 
 
7. A summary of your booking together with a unique booking request number will be displayed. A summary of the booking request will be sent to you by e-mail 
 
8. A member of our sales team will review your booking and then contact you to confirm your booking. Please note that your booking will not be guaranteed until we have confirmed acceptance of your booking in writing and received your payment and finally sent you our Booking Confirmation. 
 
9. Payment – Our booking system will only take your card detail, you must email or call us with the 3 numbers from the rear of your credit/debit card. (Please do not email your full card details) 
 
10. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total accommodation rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 10 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. 
 
11. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by Visa/MasterCard or Debit Card (subject to a 2.9% surcharge) 
 
12. Any balance of payment is due not less than 10 weeks prior to arrival at your holiday property. 
 
13. Once we have received your full payment, we will send you, by e-mail, our final Booking Confirmation together with Driving Directions for the property. 
 
How to Pay 
We can take payment by the following methods 
 
1. Credit card by Pay Pal invoice (3% fees apply) 
 
2. Bank transfer (Your booking summary will have our bank account details) 
 
3. Credit card holder can pay via debit card or credit card in any currency via currency company GCEN 
 
4. Visitor just meets all card & bank fees and exchange rates variances. 
 
 
Refunded Damage Deposit 
 
1. All our holiday home rentals required an refunded damaged this is payment is due on your balance payment or located on check-in. Your booking summary will state this. 
 
2. Damage Deposit are refunded with in 10 working days after your have check-out, and are credited to your bank account.
