The following provides list comprehensive information of our payment schedules and charges, which would be applicable at the time of booking your self catering property with us. Please note that charges for any damages and breakages during your stay are dealt with on a case by case basis, as all our properties have been uniquely furnished.
Early arrival and late check out each incurs an additional one night charge.

| Refundable Security Bond |
$700 – for stays less than 30 days in one and two bedroom properties. $1400 – All stays which exceed 30 days and for properties which have more than two bedrooms. The above rates are for payments by credit card. Should an alternative method of payment be used, the above rates will be doubled accordingly. |
To be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings which hold an arrival date of less than 30 days, immediate full payment is due. Refunded within 28 days from the date of your departure. Payment may be delayed in the event that significant breakages and / or damages have occured. |
| Holding deposit |
30% of total accommodation costs. Only applicable for bookings of more than 30 days prior to arrival |

| Balance Payments |
100% of the total accommodation costs and any extra services to be settled 30 days prior to arrival.
Balance payments will be drawn automatically and these payments will be reflected in the Online Itinerary.
