At this initial visit we will give you a full and frank assessment of the suitability of your property as a holiday home, including any changes we feel are required before marketing the property. Then we will, of course, explain all the aspects of the service we offer in more detail. On the financial side, we will suggest an appropriate rent band for your property and give you an estimate of the likely annual income you could expect. Our Hospitality Property Managers do not receive a commission for adding new properties to our portfolio so you can be assured that the advice is impartial.
We will also be happy to advise on any other matters relating to the letting of your property including decor, furnishings, fittings - even the duties of your housekeeper should you employ one.
Even if your project is still at the planning stage, please do seek our advice as early as possible.
Following the visit, we will write to you to confirm the details of our discussions and await your decision as to whether you would like to proceed to the next stage. Upon receiving your go-ahead, we will prepare a contract and will start to market your property from the moment you return the contract. We stress once again that there is no obligation and all our efforts are entirely free of charge until you have signed the contract.
